極品 = IPPIN, we will not only focus on developing B to B market of Japanese products such as sake, processed foods, seasonings and frozen foods at local exhibitions and events, but also menu offering and retailing to general consumers by an antenna shop "IPPIN CAFÉ BAR" (closed in July 2017 due to preparations for a removal), located in Robertson key, and we are giving feedback to the company after inviting local buyers to the shop and interviewed product needs and improvement points. Moreover, we hold cooking classes regularly in the shop. We not only focus on the proposal for dishes made by Japanese foods but also hold a blogger party to disseminate the appeal of Japanese cuisine and Japanses food culture through SNS.
