Curetex Co., Ltd. has acquired Halal certification by JAKIM (Malaysian Government Halal Certification Organization) on April 1, 2019, for its central kitchen ‹Haral Kitchen Raku› (Kumamoto Prefecture, Amakusa).

Haral Kitchen Raku is Japan’s first central kitchen that has received JAKIM certification, which is the world most strict Halal certification organization.

Curetex has a business partnership with the 5-star hotel Bangi Golf Resort (BGR), located on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Halal Kitchen Raku is a central kitchen joint venture with BGR Food Service (Malaysia).

Halal certification is to certify that food and other goods and services comply with the Islamic disciplines, and is inspected and issued by national and regional certification bodies.
There are various Halal certification bodies around the world, but JAKIM, a Malaysian government agency, has the most strict inspection and is considered to have the highest degree of confidence in certification.

By acquiring Halal certification by JAKIM, Halal Kitchen Raku will be able to meet the needs of restaurants, hotels, and department stores that offer food for Muslims visiting Japan.
